Our waters are a haven for up to 1,000 manatees, during warmer months from mid-February to mid-December. Watch these gentle giants as they gracefully feed on seagrass in the warm lagoon. As temperatures drop in December, they migrate to Florida's warmer springs until February, with about 100 manatees remaining during the cooler months while the waters are below 68°F.

Home to 200 to 800 resident bottlenose dolphins, our lagoon offers a unique spectacle of these intelligent creatures feeding and frolicking in their natural habitat.
